my biggest pet peeve about working out is the mildew that builds up in your hair +clothes especially when you have thick hair and you tie up, bun, ponytail, pigtails. it gets trapped in your hair without any air from the sweat ( you scalp is just like you skin on your body) my hair tie stinks. I always have to hand wash them. I searched it up to see if anyone had the same problem as me. Honestly the solution to get rid of the smell is just to wash your hair and body) but it's not like I can just wash my hair everyday =,=)
